These Community Terms ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in all Humans Corp. spaces, including but not limited to our website, online store, Discord servers, social media channels, digital content, and physical or digital merchandise (collectively, the "Community"). By accessing or using any part of the Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of Humans Corp. platforms and services.

Humans Corp. moderators and staff may enforce these Terms and any platform-specific rules at their discretion. Enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions, mutes, suspensions, or permanent bans.

All enforcement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Attempting to evade or undermine moderation actions is prohibited and may result in escalated penalties.

6. Intellectual Property

All Humans Corp. brand assets, branding elements, names, marks, designs, logos, and other intellectual property are owned by Humans Corp. and/or Binhaus AG, unless otherwise stated. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without prior written permission.

Content submitted by community members or third-party creators remains the property of its respective owners. By submitting content to Humans Corp. platforms, you grant Humans Corp. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote such content in connection with the Community.

7. Merchandise & Store Terms

Purchases made through the Humans Corp. store are subject to availability, pricing, and additional store-specific policies. All sales may be final unless otherwise stated. Humans Corp. reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

You agree not to resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit Humans Corp. merchandise or designs without authorization.

8. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or share within the Community. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of others.
